离体试验证明,5-氟脲嘧啶(5-FU)和重组α-2a干扰素(IFN)具有协同性抗癌作用,两者结合治疗大肠癌的有效率为42%～63%,这一结果为此方案用于食管癌的治疗提供了基础.本文报道了21例晚期食管癌的治疗结果.全部病人均经病理证实,其中局部晚期者10例,远处转移者11例,鳞癌13例,腺癌8例.2例为放疗后复发,5例为术后远处转移.治疗前病人的肝、肾及骨髓功能均正常.5-FU的剂量为750mg/m~2,连用5天,每周重复.
Ex vivo tests have demonstrated that 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) and recombinant alpha-2a interferon (IFN) have synergistic anti-cancer effects, and the effective rate for the combination of the two for colorectal cancer is 42% to 63%. The results provide the basis for this program for the treatment of esophageal cancer. This article reported the results of the treatment of 21 cases of advanced esophageal cancer. All patients were confirmed by pathology, of which 10 cases were locally advanced, 11 cases of distant metastasis, squamous cell carcinoma 13 Cases, 8 cases of adenocarcinoma, 2 cases of recurrence after radiotherapy, 5 cases of distant metastasis. Before treatment, the patient’s liver, kidney and bone marrow function were normal. 5-FU dose of 750mg/m~2, used in conjunction 5 Day, repeat weekly.
