我们两家医院于1983年至1998年16年间收治的资料完整的急性脑血管病371例,大部分经CT检查确诊,部分腰穿CSF检查确诊。本组371例中男229例,女142例,男女之比为1.6:1,年龄20岁以下2例,21～30岁9例,31～40岁23例,41～50岁51例,51～60岁114例,61～70岁143例,71岁以上29例。合并高脂血症65例,心脏病62例,糖尿病51例,中风史44例,慢支肺气肿42例,胃病史32例,家族史有高血压病和中风史74例。入院时血压升高
The data of our two hospitals from 1983 to 1998 were 371 cases of complete acute cerebrovascular disease, most of them were diagnosed by CT and some were diagnosed by CSF.
