本文采用一种简单的柠檬酸盐热分解法成功合成了YBa_2Cu_3O_7-δ-Fe_2O_3-Co_3O_4超导-铁磁复合材料。差热/热重分析表明,前驱体退火温度须在400℃以上才能得到铁磁体相。室温磁性数据表明复合体系有非常强的铁磁性。低温场冷和零场冷却数据显示,超导转变温度约为92K。非常有意思的是,在该体系中还发现了超导和铁磁两相共存的现象。
In this paper, YBa_2Cu_3O_7-δ-Fe_2O_3-Co_3O_4 superconducting-ferromagnetic composites were successfully synthesized by a simple thermal decomposition method of citrate. Differential thermal / thermogravimetric analysis showed that the precursor annealing temperature must be above 400 ℃ to get ferromagnetic phase. Magnetic data at room temperature show that the composite system has very strong ferromagnetism. Cold field and zero field cooling data show that the superconducting transition temperature is about 92K. Interestingly enough, superconducting and ferromagnetic co-existence phenomena were also found in this system.
