目的 建立金标免疫层析法检测人巨细胞病毒IgM抗体的方法。方法 采用柠檬酸三钠还原法制备胶体金 ,用胶体金标记抗人 IgM单克隆抗体 ,金标免疫层析法与EIA法检测 392份临床标本 ,2种方法进行比较。结果 EIA法阳性率 2 .5 5 % ,金标免疫层析法阳性率 2 .5 5 % ,两者的符合率 10 0 % ,两者间无显著性差异。结论 金标免疫层析法是一种具有灵敏、快速、准确、稳定等特点的方法 ,适合基层医疗机构使用。
Objective To establish a method for the detection of human cytomegalovirus IgM by gold standard immunochromatography. Methods Colloidal gold was prepared by the method of trisodium citrate reduction. Anti-human IgM monoclonal antibody was labeled with colloidal gold, and 392 clinical specimens were detected by gold standard immunochromatography and EIA. The two methods were compared. Results The positive rate of EIA was 2.55%, the positive rate of gold standard immunochromatography was 2.55%, the coincidence rate of the two was 100%. There was no significant difference between the two methods. Conclusion Gold standard immunochromatography is a sensitive, rapid, accurate, stable and other characteristics of the method, suitable for primary care institutions.
