目的:了解丹参肺动脉灌注对体外循环(CPB)未成熟犬肺的保护作用。方法:实验用幼犬(<30天)18只,随机分为3组:CPB 对照组、CPB 肺动脉单纯灌注组及 CPB 肺动脉丹参灌注组。阻断60min、再灌注60 min 后取肺组织标本,分别采用髓过氧化酶法、硫代巴比妥酸法测定肺组织髓过氧化物酶(MPO)和丙二醛(MDA)含量,同时测定肺组织含水量,并进行肺组织显微结构观察。结果:丹参灌注组 MPO和 MDA 均较单纯灌注组明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),肺组织含水量降低(P<0.05)。同时发现丹参灌注组肺组织内白细胞浸润及水肿较单纯灌注组减轻。结论:丹参肺动脉灌注可减轻体外循环未成熟犬肺急性肺损伤。
Objective: To understand the protective effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza pulmonary arterial infusion on immature canine lung in cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). Methods: Eighteen puppies (<30 days) were randomly divided into 3 groups: CPB control group, CPB pulmonary arterial infusion group, and CPB pulmonary artery Salvia miltiorrhiza group. Lung tissue samples were taken after 60 minutes of reperfusion and 60 minutes after reperfusion. Myeloperoxidase and thiobarbituric acid methods were used to measure the content of myeloperoxidase (MPO) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in lung tissue. The lung tissue water content was measured and the microstructure of the lung tissue was observed. RESULTS: The MPO and MDA in the Danshen injection group were significantly lower than those in the perfusion group (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the water content in the lung tissue was decreased (P<0.05). At the same time, it was found that the leukocyte infiltration and edema in the lung tissue of the Salvia miltiorrhiza group was less than that of the single perfusion group. Conclusion: Pulmonary arterial perfusion of Salvia miltiorrhiza can reduce lung acute lung injury in immature dogs.
