为探寻钢渣胶凝活性快速评价方法,开展了转炉钢渣在EDTA-碱溶液中的溶出试验,系统分析了钢渣溶出特性与钢渣胶凝材料胶砂性能之间的关系。结果表明:在一定的溶出时间内,不同来源钢渣在EDTA-碱溶液中的溶出量与钢渣胶凝材料的中后期胶砂抗压强度及其增长量具有较好的线性关系。矿物组成与微观形貌分析表明,EDTA-碱溶液能够有选择性地溶解转炉钢渣中的硅酸盐矿物和铝酸盐矿物。该法可用于钢渣胶凝活性的快速评价。
In order to explore the rapid evaluation method of steel slag gelling activity, the leaching test of converter steel slag in EDTA-alkali solution was carried out. The relationship between steel slag dissolution characteristics and mortar properties of steel slag cementitious material was systematically analyzed. The results show that the elution amount of steel slag from different sources in EDTA-alkali solution has a good linear relationship with the compressive strength of sand mortar and the growth rate of cement mortar during the certain dissolution time. Mineral composition and microstructure analysis showed that EDTA-alkali solution can selectively dissolve the silicate minerals and aluminate minerals in the converter slag. The method can be used for the rapid evaluation of the steel slag gelling activity.
