2014年11月,北京知識產權法院在京率先成立。同年12月,廣州知識產權法院、上海知識產權法院相繼揭牌。最近,三家法院陸續迎來了成立一週年紀念日。自成立以來,三家法院着力提昇審判效率,人均結案大幅提昇,更好地滿足了權利人對知識產權司法保護的迫切需求。截至2015年11月6日,北京知識產權法院共收案7918件,共審結案件3250件。截至2015年12月27日,上海知識產權法院共受理各類案
In November 2014, Beijing Intellectual Property Court took the lead in Beijing. In December the same year, Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court and Shanghai Intellectual Property Court opened one after another. Recently, three courts ushered in the anniversary of the first anniversary of its establishment. Since its establishment, the three courts have made great efforts to improve the trial efficiency and substantially increase the per capita settlement rate, thus better meeting the urgent demand of the obligees for the judicial protection of intellectual property.
