转移因子治疗慢性支气管炎疗效观察

近年来我们对52例慢性支气管炎(下简称慢支)患者使用了转移因子治疗,并对80例慢支患者作了免疫功能测定,随访3年有一定疗效,现小结如下: 本组病例按全国防治慢性支气管炎工作会议诊断标准。男70例,女10例。年龄:4岁1例,30～40岁12例,41～50岁24例,51—60岁25例,61—70岁14例,70岁以上4例。病程:3年1例,10～20年27例,20～30年25例,30～40年22例,40年以上5例。抽烟史10年以下14例,10～40年62例,合并肺结核7例,肺心病5例,冠心病3例。

Age: 1 in 4 years, 12 in 30-40, 24 in 41-50, 25 in 51-60, 14 in 61-70 and 4 in 70. Course of disease: 1 case in 3 years, 27 cases in 10 to 20 years, 25 cases in 20 to 30 years, 22 cases in 30 to 40 years and 5 cases in 40 years. Smoking history for 10 years in 14 cases, 10 to 40 years in 62 cases, 7 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis, pulmonary heart disease in 5 cases, 3 cases of coronary heart disease.
