最近二年来,在国内外住宅建设中,广泛发展了横墙承重结构方式的住宅型式,这是与高效能材料的出现和运用分不开的。横墙承重可以充分发挥材料的性能,使承重与围护构件分开,减轻房屋重量,降低房屋造价,将横墙承重与纵墙承重比较约可降低造价5％～10％;同时横墙承重的承重墙与分户墙重合,使户间隔音良好,并在平面布置中,灵活性大,因此我室对此问题作了初步研
