生产计划是关于企业生产运作系统总体方面的计划,是企业在计划期应达到的产品品种、质量、产量和产值等生产任务的计划和对产品生产进度的安排。按时间可分为长期生产计划、中期生产计划和短期生产计划(见图1)。本文所讲的综合生产计划就是指中期生产计划,即年度、月度生产计划。它是确定在现有资源条件下所从事的生产经营活动而要达到的目标,是联系长期生产计划和短期生产计划的纽带。
Production plan is the overall plan of production and operation system of the enterprise, and it is the plan of the production tasks such as product variety, quality, output and output value that the enterprise should reach in the planning period and the schedule for the production progress of the product. According to time can be divided into long-term production plan, medium-term production plan and short-term production plan (see Figure 1). Integrated production plan referred to in this article refers to the medium-term production plan, that is, annual, monthly production plan. It is the goal of determining the production and operation activities undertaken under the existing resources and is the link between the long-term production plan and the short-term production plan.
