科学技术是第一生产力,是推动国民经济建设的强大动力。在施工企业中,它主要体现在推广新技术、新工艺、新材料、新机具的应用方面。近年来,我公司把依靠技术进步放在企业发展、增加技术储备、增强企业活力的重要位置。紧紧抓住这个根本不放,瞄准全国施工行业中新技术,捕捉先进的科技信息。从1991年以来,我公司在开发新技术方面立项22项,实施18项,推广应用“四新”共立项43项,实施35项,有8项获省技术进步奖和新产品奖,有10项通过省级鉴定。总投资210万元,创效益850万元,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。 一、几年来技术进步工作的回顾: 我公司是吉林省最大的全民一级施工企业,从国家“七·五”计划末,尤其是进入“八·五”计划以来,对科技投入,做了积极的
