采用粉末冶金法制备不同Si Cp含量的Al-Cu-Mg基复合材料,用X线衍射仪、布氏硬度计、ML-10摩擦磨损机、扫描电镜测试样品的物相组成、布氏硬度、磨损性、表面形貌。结果表明:随Si Cp含量的增加,试样的晶格常数逐渐减小,硬度逐渐增大,Si Cp质量分数为15%的样品布氏硬度达到71.8HBW;试样的耐磨性随Si C含量的增加先增大后减小,Si C质量分数为12%的样品具有最好的耐磨性。
The Al-Cu-Mg matrix composites with different Si Cp content were prepared by powder metallurgy method. The phase composition, Brinell hardness, tensile test and microstructure of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer, Brinell hardness tester, ML- Abrasion, surface morphology. The results show that with the increase of Si Cp content, the lattice constant decreases and the hardness increases gradually. The Brinell hardness of sample with Si Cp content of 15% reaches 71.8 HBW. The increase of the content first increases and then decreases, and the sample with Si C mass fraction of 12% has the best wear resistance.
