基本案情王某,中共党员,某市副市长。孟某,某公司董事长。2004年5月,王某利用职权对孟某的公司业务给予了帮助,要求在孟某成立的A贸易有限公司(有限责任公司)持股20%。王某为掩人耳目,隐藏身份,未出资以他人名义先在孟的B投资有限公司(注册资本2500万元)持股24%(进行了股权转让登记),再通过B公司对A公司的投资,最终以他人名义在A公司持有20%股份(注册资本3000万元)。至案发前,王某未在该公司获得分红。
