本刊为了交流各地农村防痨工作經驗,于1965年第5、6期組織了《农村防痨笔談会》,刊登了9篇来稿。现在,全国已有許多地区将防痨工作重点轉向农村,介紹农村防痨工作經驗的来稿日多。本刊今后将以报道农村防痨为重点。自本期起,这方面来稿,均刊在防治工作栏內。請讀者注意。县級防痨是开展农村防痨的重要环节。本期刊登了山东省菏泽专区《开展县級防痨工作体会》和《开展农村防痨必須积极培訓卫生員》两篇經驗介紹的文章。他們开始活学活用毛主席思想,注意了坚持四个第一,不断总結經驗,改进工作,依靠基层医务人員的力量,把防痨工作納入县级医疗預防网之中,初步摸索出一套自己的工作方法和步驟。这些經驗很好。我們希望还没有开展农村防痨的地区,迅速地把防痨工作重点放到农村,积累經驗;已經开展农村防痨的地区,都能总結出自己的經驗,在本刊交流、討論;以便使农村防痨工作,通过群众的实践,不断地总結經驗,不断地改进工作,不断地有所发明、有所发现、有所創造、有所前进,走出我国有己的道路来。編者
