我是河南人,知道过去兰考县有三多,即:沙丘多,吃统销粮的多,干部不安心的多。但是焦裕禄同志到兰考后,却认为兰考县是个大有可为的地方。他这种雄心壮志,革命乐观精神最为宝贵,值得学习。我是一九六二年由工业转入农垦部门工作的,当时就碰到国营农场连年赔钱,有的场还吃统销粮。省委要求在一、二年内扭转局面,我认为农场低洼易涝土地多,很快扭转局面不容易,不象焦
I am a native of Henan. I know that there were more than three Lankao counties in the past, namely, many sand dunes, more food and marketing grains, and more reluctant cadres. However, after Comrade Jiao Lula arrived at Lankao, he considered Lankao County a promising place. His ambition, revolutionary optimism is the most precious and worth learning. I was transferred from industry to land reclamation department in 1962. At that time, I ran into state-owned farms to lose money year after year. Some fields also eat and sell grain. In one or two years, the provincial party committee demanded that the situation should be reversed in a year or two. I think there is a lot of low-lying and flood-prone land in the farm. It is not easy to reverse the situation very quickly.
