以刺激海马脑片CA3区schafer侧支诱发CA1区的电位变化为指标,观察脑片在缺氧、复氧过程中群锋电位(PS)的变化,研究毛冬青甲素(IA)对其影响及谷氨酸(Glu)在其中所起的作用。实验结果表明,IA能明显延长PS幅值在缺氧时开始减小和消失的时间;明显降低缺氧损伤电位出现率和提高复氧后PS的恢复率;明显对抗Glu对PS幅值的抑制性影响。提示IA对大鼠海马脑片缺氧损伤具有明显保护作用,其作用机制与对抗Glu的神经毒性作用有密切关系。
Using the potential changes in the CA1 region induced by the schafer collateral stimulation in the CA3 region of the hippocampal slice as an indicator, the changes of the mass frontal (PS) during brain hypoxia and reoxygenation were observed, and the effects of IA on it were studied. And the role played by glutamic acid (Glu) in it. The experimental results show that IA can significantly prolong the time when the PS amplitude begins to decrease and disappear in hypoxia; significantly reduce the incidence of hypoxic injury potential and increase the recovery rate of PS after reoxygenation; obviously inhibit the inhibition of PS amplitude by Glu Sexual effects. It is suggested that IA has a protective effect on the hypoxic injury of hippocampal slices in rats, and its mechanism of action is closely related to the neurotoxicity against Glu.
