五年制学生是高职院校中一个比较特殊的群体。班主任是学校平稳发展、学生管理的主力军。五年制班主任应结合学生群体特征,与学生用心沟通、从细节做起、正面引导学生。
Five-year students are a relatively special group in higher vocational colleges. Class teacher is the steady development of the school, the main force of student management. Five-year class teacher should be combined with the characteristics of student groups, and students intentions to communicate, start from the details, positive guidance to students.
