1993年8月4日,美国马克斯韦尔学院伯克·海德教授在国家行政学院教学方案研讨班上就比较行政学问题作了学术报告。现将他的主要观点作简要综述。
On August 4, 1993, Prof. Burke Hyde of the Maxwell School of the United States gave an academic report on the comparison of administrative issues in the teaching program seminar of the National School of Administration. Now a brief overview of his main point of view.
