目的:研究牙颌面专用锥形束CT(CBCT)和曲面体层片对上颌后牙区种植的诊断价值。方法:选取2013年8月到2014年8月上颌后牙区种植患者75例(90侧),分别行CBCT和曲面体层片检查,并比较检测结果。结果:CBCT牙槽骨量不足阳性检出率为31.1%(28/90)显著高于曲面体层的16.7%(15/90),具有统计学意义(P<0.05);种植术后两者对骨结合检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CBCT和曲面体层片比较,能较好的评估上后牙区骨量,并能清晰反应种植区骨质。
Objective: To study the diagnostic value of cone beam CT (CBCT) and curved body slice for maxillary posterior teeth implantation. Methods: From August 2013 to August 2014, 75 patients (90 sides) who underwent maxillary posterior teeth implantation were enrolled in this study. CBCT and surface body slice were examined respectively and the results were compared. Results: The positive rate of CBCT in alveolar bone was 31.1% (28/90), which was significantly higher than 16.7% (15/90) in surface layer, with statistical significance (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in the detection rate of bone union (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the surface body slice, CBCT can better evaluate the bone mass in the posterior teeth area and can clearly reflect the bone mass in the implanting area.
