体外反搏是一种循环机械辅助装置,利用在心舒期间压迫肢体的方法,提高主动脉的舒张压,达到增加冠状动脉灌流量的目的。对手它的疗效,国外报导尚不一致。根据我们以前的动物实验工作,观察到体外反搏能改善实验性急性心肌梗塞的心脏功能和血液动力学状况。为了进一步探讨体外反搏对冠心病和心绞痛的治疗价值,本文初步小结28例冠心病患者应用体外反搏的治疗效果,报导如下。
Extracorporeal counterpulsation is a circulatory mechanical accessory device that utilizes the method of compressing the limb during heart-to-heart surgery to increase the diastolic blood pressure of the aorta to achieve the purpose of increasing coronary perfusion. Its efficacy of rivals, foreign reports are not the same. Based on our previous animal experiments, it was observed that extra-corporeal counterpulsation improves cardiac function and hemodynamic status in experimental AMI. In order to further explore the therapeutic value of EECP on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, this paper preliminary summary of 28 cases of coronary heart disease patients with EECP treatment, reported as follows.
