自身溶血性贫血国内屡有报道,现对我院自1974年至1979年资料较完整的11例进行临床分析如下。临床资料一、性别、年龄和职业:11例中女性8例,男性3例。最大年龄46岁,最小12岁。农民7例,工人3例,教师1例。二、主要症状与体征:全部病例均有乏力,头晕,心悸和气促感觉,畏冷、发烧4例,腰酸2例,关节酸痛2例。巩膜黄染11例,肝大10例,脾大9例,最大达左肋缘下6.5cm(其中1例入院前脾已切除)。三、实验室检查:
Hemolytic anemia has repeatedly been reported in China, now our hospital from 1974 to 1979 more complete clinical data of 11 cases are as follows. A clinical data, sex, age and occupation: 11 cases of female 8 cases, 3 males. The oldest is 46 years old and the youngest is 12 years old. Seven farmers, three workers and one teacher. Second, the main symptoms and signs: All cases were fatigue, dizziness, palpitations and shortness of breath, feeling cold, fever in 4 cases, 2 cases of backache, joint pain in 2 cases. Sclera yellow dye in 11 cases, 10 cases of hepatomegaly, 9 cases of splenomegaly up to the left margin of the rib cage 6.5cm (1 case of pre-admission spleen resection). Third, the laboratory test:
