多发性骨髓瘤(简称MM),是原发于骨髓浆细胞的一种恶性肿瘤。我院自63年至81年经骨髓检查证实为MM共17例,其中收治住院有7例,现分析如下: 一、性别和年龄:本文7例中,男5例,女2例,男:女=2.5:1。发病年龄,最小38岁,最大60岁,平均51岁。 二、症状与体征:本组全部病例均有乏力头晕,面色苍白,骨痛等临床表现;部份病例伴有咳嗽咳痰;出血倾向等;个别病例出现尿痛,浮肿。体征:所有病例
Multiple myeloma (referred to as MM), is a malignant tumor of primary bone marrow plasma cells. Our hospital from 63 years to 81 years by bone marrow examination confirmed a total of 17 cases of MM, which admitted to hospital in 7 cases, are analyzed as follows: First, gender and age: In this article 7 cases, 5 males and 2 females, male: Female = 2.5: 1. The age of onset, minimum 38 years old, maximum 60 years old, average 51 years old. Second, the symptoms and signs: All patients in this group have fatigue dizziness, pale, bone pain and other clinical manifestations; some cases accompanied by cough and sputum; bleeding tendency; individual cases of dysuria, edema.
