土壤质量的综合评价是湿地土壤管理的前提,由于土壤评价涉及众多因子,因此,科学浓缩评价信息成为评价湿地健康发展的重要基础。本文以泉州湾洛阳江河口湿地桐花树、秋茄、白骨壤和互花米草等4种红树覆盖下的土壤为研究对象,同时以空地作为参考,选取铵态氮、硝态氮、有效磷以及有效铁、有效锰、有效铜和有效锌等指标,利用主成分分析法分析评估不同植被下土壤肥力质量。结果表明,不同红树植被对土壤肥力质量影响差异明显,互花米草促进土壤营养成分的累积,四种红树植物下土壤肥力质量表现为互花米草>桐花树>白骨壤>秋茄;红树植物种植时间、根系构型、生物量大小以及微环境差异是引起土壤肥力质量分异的主要原因;不同红树植物对土壤无机氮磷和金属有效态的空间分布影响具有明显差异;金属元素相关性分析揭示出该湿地金属元素具有良好的同源特性。本研究可为河口湿地差异性修复提供一定的理论依据。
The comprehensive evaluation of soil quality is the precondition of wetland soil management. Because many factors are involved in soil evaluation, scientifically enriching evaluation information becomes an important basis for evaluating the healthy development of wetland. In this paper, the soil under the cover of four species of mangroves such as Aegiceras corniculatum, Candel, Avicennia marina and Spartina alterniflora in the wetland of Luoyang estuary of Quanzhou Bay was selected as the research object. At the same time, taking the open space as the reference, the selection of ammonium and nitrate nitrogen was effective Phosphorus and available iron, available manganese, available copper and available zinc. The principal component analysis was used to evaluate the soil fertility quality under different vegetation types. The results showed that there were significant differences among different mangrove species on the soil fertility quality. Spartina alterniflora promoted the accumulation of soil nutrients. The soil fertility quality of the four mangrove species was Spartina alterniflora> Aegiceras corniculatum> Avicennia marina> ; Mangrove plantation time, root configuration, biomass size and microenvironmental differences are the main causes of soil fertility quality differentiation; different mangrove plants have significant differences on the spatial distribution of inorganic nitrogen and phosphorus and metal effective state; Metal element correlation analysis revealed that the wetland metal elements have good homology. This study may provide a theoretical basis for the differential rehabilitation of estuarine wetlands.
