随着我国对社会保障体系建设重视程度越来越高,我国保障性住房供应量不断增加,对于解决低收入人群住房问题起到了一定的作用。但从2009年开始,我国房价不断上涨,使居民的承受能力受到了极大影响。本文就保障性住房供应对抑制房价的作用进行了深入分析,就如何健全和完善保障性住房供应体系提出一些观点和想法,希望对我国保障性住房建设有所参考。
As China pays more and more attention to the social security system construction, the supply of affordable housing in our country is increasing constantly, which plays a certain role in solving housing problems for low-income people. However, from 2009, China’s housing prices continue to rise, so that the affordability of residents has been greatly affected. This article analyzes the effect of affordable housing supply on the suppression of housing prices, and puts forward some views and ideas on how to perfect and improve the supply system of affordable housing. I hope that it can provide reference for the construction of affordable housing in our country.
