目的分析低强度复合振动联合阿仑膦酸钠对绝经后骨质疏松患者骨密度的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2017年2月收治的100例绝经后骨质疏松患者为研究对象,分为两组,给予对照组患者单独阿仑膦酸钠治疗,给予观察组患者低强度复合振动联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果相对于治疗前,两组患者髋部大转子、Neck、wards三角区、腰椎L2—L4的骨密度均在不同程度上增加,并且观察组患者的增加幅度更大,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论低强度复合振动联合阿仑膦酸钠能够提高绝经后骨质疏松患者的髋部大转子、Neck、wards三角区、腰椎L2—L4的骨密度,在临床上值得广泛推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of low intensity composite vibration combined with alendronate on bone mineral density in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients. Methods A total of 100 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected as study subjects and divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were treated with alendronate alone and low-intensity composite vibration Combination of alendronate sodium treatment, the two groups compared the clinical efficacy. Results Compared with those before treatment, BMD of lumbar trochanter, Neck, wards triangle and L2-L4 of lumbar spine increased to some extent, and the patients in observation group had a greater increase with significant difference (P <0.05 ). Conclusions Low intensity composite vibration combined with alendronate can improve the bone density of the greater trochanter, neck, wards triangle and lumbar L2-L4 in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients, which is worthy of wide application in clinic.
