目的对低场磁共振诊断膝关节损伤的临床意义和价值进行分析与探讨。方法对该院曾接受治疗的50例膝关节骨挫伤患者的MRI影像资料进行回顾性分析。结果 50例膝关节骨挫伤患者均能准确诊断,部分伴有半月板、韧带及关节腔积液。其中8例伴有隐性骨折,X线平片均未见骨折征象。结论 MRI对骨挫伤非常敏感,其脂肪抑制应用能清晰隐性骨折和骨挫伤部位、范围和程度,对指导临床早期诊断和治疗有重意义。
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical significance and value of low field magnetic resonance in diagnosis of knee joint injury. Methods MRI data of 50 patients with knee joint contusion who had been treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results 50 cases of knee joint contusion patients can be accurately diagnosed, some with meniscus, ligaments and joint effusion. Among them, 8 cases were associated with recessive fractures, and no signs of fracture were found on X-ray. Conclusion MRI is very sensitive to bone contusion, and the application of fat suppression can clearly show the location, extent and extent of occult fractures and contusion of bone, which are of great significance in guiding the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
