目的深入了解血管内介入疗法应用于重症下肢深静脉血栓病例的围术期最佳干预措施。方法抽取50例患有重症下肢深静脉血栓而于2016年1月—2017年1月入院的确诊对象,均施予血管内介入疗法,并以围术期干预措施的差异分组:甲组25例施予传统护理,乙组25例施予护理干预,并随访观察其满意率及其不适症状。结果甲组25例满意率76.00%(19/25),乙组25例是96.00%(24/25)(P<0.05)。甲组有9例(36.00%)出现不适症状,同时乙组有3例(12.00%)(P<0.05)。结论当重症下肢深静脉血栓病例施行血管内介入疗法时,于围术期展开护理干预更具有效性、可靠性以及必要性,推荐应用。
Objectives To understand the best perioperative interventions for endovascular interventional therapy in severe lower extremity DVT. Methods Fifty patients with severe deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017. All patients underwent endovascular interventional therapy. The patients were divided into two groups according to the perioperative intervention: group A Give traditional care, B group 25 cases of nursing intervention, and follow-up observation of its satisfaction rate and its symptoms. Results The satisfaction rate of 25 cases in group A was 76.00% (19/25), while that in group B was 96.00% (24/25) (P <0.05). There were 9 cases (36.00%) of group A presented with symptoms and 3 cases (12.00%) of group B (P <0.05). Conclusions When endovascular interventional therapy is used in cases of severe deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities, nursing interventions are more effective, reliable and necessary during perioperative period.
