本文报道了在月季试管繁殖中,活性炭(0.05%~1.0%)诱导月季离体侧芽萌发抽茎的效应极其显著。用于促进田间插条生根的ABT生根粉加入生根培养基以后,最适使用浓度为0.5~2mg/l,2mg/l时的茎苗生根率可达86.7%,比相同浓度下NAA的诱导生根率高28.7%、比IBA的高26.0%。在干旱少雨的西北地区,试验成功的过渡层法移栽试管苗,平均成活率为81.9%,最高可达96.7%。
