20世纪60年代,英雄的河南林县人民在党的领导下,以大无畏的气概,凭着自己的双手,靠镐、锹、钎,经过10年奋战,在太行山的悬崖峭壁上开凿了举世闻名的红旗渠,被中外人士称誉为“太行山上的人工天河”。周恩来总理当年曾十分自豪地向国际友人介绍:“新中国有两大奇迹,一个是南京长江大桥,一个是林县的红旗渠。”林县人民在建设这项惊天地、泣鬼神的伟大工程中,还锻造了气壮山河的“红旗渠精神”。本文作者是当年的林县县委书记、现已78岁高龄的杨贵同志。他在这篇为本刊独家撰写的文章中,以万余字篇幅,生动、真实地介绍了当年林县人民修建红旗渠的事迹。在纪念建党85周年的日子里,我们阅读这篇文章,愈加感到中国共产党的伟大和中国人民的伟大。
In the 1960s, under the leadership of the party, the heroic people of Lin County, Henan Province, dared to fight with their hands, spade and brakes after 10 years of hard work and dug the world famous cliffs of the Taihang Mountains Hongqiqu, was praised as Chinese and foreign “Taihangshan artificial Tianhe.” Premier Zhou Enlai was very proud to introduce to international friends that “there are two miracles in New China, one is the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge and the other is the Hongqi Canal in Linxian County.” The people of Linxian County are building this earth-shattering and magnificent project In, also forged the “red flag canal spirit”. The author of this paper is Linxian county party secretary, now 78-year-old Comrade Yang Gui. In his article exclusively written for this magazine, he introduced vividly and truly the deeds of the people in Linxian County building the Hongqi Canal in the space of more than 10,000 words. In commemorating the 85th anniversary of the founding of our party, we read this article and feel the greatness of the Chinese Communist Party and the great Chinese people.
