(一)基本风压的计算新规范根据全国400多个地点的气象台站从1951年到1971年(部分台站从1955年或1958年到1971年)的年最大风速资料,按照我国基本风压的标准要求,将不同风仪高度和4次定时2分钟平均年最大风速,统一换算为离地10米高、自记10分钟平均年最大风速,再求统计30年一遇最大风速。因此必须经过高度换算、次时换算(次数和时距合为一次换算)和概率计算。 1.风仪高度换算我国气象台站风仪高度大都在8~12米
