中等职业教育肩负着向特定的行业和岗位培养合格的生产或服务第一线的应用型专门人才和高素质的劳动者的使命,如何提高学生的技能水平和综合素质,是我们一直在探索的一个具有现实意义的课题。而传统教学理念已经不能完全满足当前这种对高素质技术人才培养的要求,我们必须积极创设良好的学习环境,充分发挥学生的主体性和创新精神。创新教学改革倡导学生主动参与、乐于探究、勤于动手,以培养学生搜集和处理信息的能力、获取新知识的能力、分析和解决问题的能力以及交流与合作的能力。
Secondary vocational education is shouldering the task of cultivating applied talents and qualified workers in the first line of qualified production or service to specific industries and positions. It is what we have been exploring to improve students’ skill level and overall quality A topic of practical significance. However, the traditional teaching concept can not completely meet the current requirements for cultivating high-quality technical personnel.
