在这次世界金融危机中,中国产业格局发生了新的变化。要在应对危机、转变发展方式中创造新的需求,形成新的增长点。中国的经济发展已经对产业结构调整提出了内在要求,金融危机又为产业结构调整提供了外部条件。只有遵循产业演变规律,顺应世界科技发展潮流,促进产业升级,中国才能在国际市场上占有一席之地。
In this world financial crisis, new changes have taken place in China’s industrial structure. We must create new demands in response to the crisis and change in the mode of development and form a new point of growth. China’s economic development has already put forward internal requirements for the readjustment of the industrial structure. The financial crisis has provided the external conditions for the adjustment of industrial structure. Only by following the law of industrial evolution, following the trend of scientific and technological development in the world and promoting industrial upgrading can China occupy a place in the international market.
