分频比圆整化误差是缠绕机实现微机控制过程中遇到的一个关键问题,本文分析了这种误差的产生机理,并针对不同的情况提出了几种消除误差方法,实验证明,这些方法是行之有效的,对解决相似的数字控制误差有一定的参考价值。
The rounding error of the frequency division ratio is a key problem encountered in the computer control of the winding machine. This paper analyzes the mechanism of this error, and puts forward several ways to eliminate the error for different situations. Experiments show that these methods Is effective and has certain reference value for solving the similar numerical control error.
