省金属学会钢铁学术委员会于1990.7.24～25,在昆明钢铁公司召开“1990年度学术年会”。到会单位36个,会员126人,占会员总数的40％以上,是历届年会人数最多的一次。昆钢公司经理马玉康、副经理刘富有、副书记李炎、冶金厅副总工程师刘家杰出席了会议。刘副经理和昆钢技术处处长荆文雄分别在大会上讲了话。昆钢科协秦维镛秘书长传达了江泽民、李鹏在全国科协大会上的重要讲话。
Provincial Institute of Metallurgical Iron and Steel Academic Committee in 1990.7.24 ~ 25, held in Kunming Iron and Steel Company, “1990 Annual Conference.” 36 units to attend, 126 members, accounting for more than 40% of the total number of members, is the largest number of previous annual meeting. Kunyu Iron and Steel Company Manager Ma Yukang, deputy manager Liu Fuyou, deputy secretary Li Yan, Deputy Chief Engineer Liu Jiajie Metallurgical Department attended the meeting. Secretary-General Qin Weijuan of Kunming Steel Science and Technology Association conveyed Jiang Zemin and Li Peng’s important speeches at the National Science and Technology Conference.
