目的:对急诊床旁肺部超声诊断技术在气胸患者临床诊断中的应用方式以及效果进行深入探究.方法:选择本院2019年5月至2020年6月收治的疑似气胸患者共50例参与本次研究,对于所有患者,均进行急诊床旁肺部超声诊断以及急诊胸部CT诊断,对急诊床旁肺超声诊断以及急诊胸部CT诊断方式转运时间、检查报告时间以及急诊床旁肺超声诊断结果 敏感性进行统计和分析.结果:在对患者应用急诊床旁肺部超声诊断方式时,转运时间、检查报告时间均短于急诊胸部CT诊断方式;CT诊断方式检出33例,急诊床旁肺超声诊断方式检出32例,急诊肺部超声诊断方式的敏感性为(32/33)96.9％.结论:为了对气胸患者进行快速诊断,可对患者应用急诊床旁肺部超声诊断技术,不仅操作方式便捷,而且检查过程快速,诊断结果 准确性较高,能够有效缩短诊断时间,提高急救效率,值得推广应用.
