阐述了全球环境污染趋势、我国环保形势以及航空企业贯彻ISOl44001的必要性;企业贯彻ISO14001标准,建立并保持环境管理体系,要经过“准备”、“建立和实施”和“认证和保持”3个阶段。本文基于对国防工业企业实施ISO14000标准办法的研究,结合有关企业贯彻ISOl4001的经验,提出了航空企业建立和保持环境管理体系的办法。
