在清宫散佚的众多书画之中,宋范子珉《牧牛图卷》尤为引人注意。本文略考范子珉生平事迹及其画作,同时又论及清宫廷画家黎明与《仿范子珉牧牛图卷》。一范子珉其人、其事、其画有关范子珉的事迹,多见于宋、元、明人的文集与笔记。宋楼钥(1137-1213)《攻媿集》卷三《赠范纬文秀才》诗:括苍范牛自题云:“中兴道士范子珉”。异人也。淳熙(1174-1189)间,武昌罗端良使君远寄诗篇,有《赠画牛范秀才》一诗。爱玩不能去手,时时诵之,以写云亡之悲,
