提出了一种用模糊逻辑算法实时控制图像编码比特率的方法.研究了模糊集的建立及量化控制的模糊逻辑算法;确立了计算量化增益因子的模糊控制规则;设计了带有模糊控制的图像压缩系统.对20幅不同内容的图像进行实验,实验结果表明,所提出的模糊逻辑算法能够显著减少不同图像的编码比特率差别,具有推理量小、速度快、对不同图像有较强的适应性等优点.
A method of real-time control of the bit rate of image coding using fuzzy logic is proposed. The establishment of fuzzy sets and the fuzzy logic algorithm of quantitative control are studied. The fuzzy control rules for calculating the quantization gain factor are established. The image compression system with fuzzy control is designed. Experiments on 20 images with different contents show that the proposed fuzzy logic algorithm can significantly reduce the coding bitrate difference of different images with the advantages of small inference, high speed and strong adaptability to different images .
