随着教学改革的深入,课堂教学模式的改变迫在眉睫。2012年10月15日我来到了全国课改先进校:山东省茌平县杜郎口中学。进入校园后,我被深深地震撼了,校园内到处是标语,内容都是鼓励学生自我展示。教室外的墙壁、校园布告栏等布满了学生自己创作的作品。进入课堂后,内心的震撼再次加深,教室里没有讲台、没有讲桌,一面窗户、三面黑板,学生分组对面而坐,不再朝着一个方向。教师没了讲台和讲桌,也就没了权威。学生发言
