在新课改中,对中职学生的教育提出了“做中学、做中教”的理念。教学活动必须建立在学生的认知发展水平和已有知识经验的基础之上。教师应激发学生的学习积极性,帮助他们在自主探索和合作交流的过程中真正理解和掌握基础的知识和技能、思想和方法,进而获得更多的经验。学生是学习的主人,教师是学习活动的组织者和引导者。现在,“满堂灌”的教学情况大大减少,“注入式”的教学方式慢慢被大家摒弃了。
In the new curriculum reform, the education of secondary vocational students put forward the idea of “doing middle school and doing teaching”. Teaching activities must be based on the level of cognitive development of students and prior knowledge and experience. Teachers should stimulate their enthusiasm for learning and help them to truly understand and master basic knowledge and skills, ideas and methods in order to gain more experience in their own exploration and cooperation and exchange. Students are the masters of learning and teachers are the organizers and guides of learning activities. At present, the teaching situation of “full house irrigation” is greatly reduced, and the teaching method of “injection type” is gradually abandoned by everyone.
