目的探讨医学影像传输归档系统容灾方案的设计,建立灾备中心,在医院医学影像归档和通信系统/放射信息系统(PACS/RIS)出现运行故障时容灾机房的应急备份系统可以立即接管医院的PACS/RIS整体系统的运行。方法通过增加1台高端型号的独立备机,安装部署在容灾机房中,作为RIS容灾备份服务器,现有的所有客户端增加异地容灾备份服务器数据库指针文件,用于指定RIS容灾备份服务器的路径。结果 PACS中的诊断报告数据库和病人图像文件通过Mirror View软件将主机房存储阵列里面的数据通过同步的方式镜像复制到容灾机房的备份阵列中,从而实现了异地容灾备份。结论对PACS/RIS适时地进行容灾方案的设计是十分必要的,可以进一步保障系统运行的稳定性和安全性,有助于提高科室的工作效率,同时也能充分发挥其为临床服务的作用,给临床提供方便。
Objective To explore the design of disaster recovery plan for medical image transmission filing system and establish a disaster recovery center. Emergency backup system of disaster recovery engine room can take over the hospital immediately when a medical operation failure occurs in the hospital medical image archiving and communication system / radiation information system (PACS / RIS) The PACS / RIS overall system is running. Methods By installing an independent high-end standby machine, the server is installed and deployed in a disaster recovery machine room. As a RIS disaster recovery backup server, all existing clients add remote DR database server pointers for specifying the DR disaster recovery backup Server’s path. Results In the PACS, the diagnostic report database and patient image files were mirrored to the redundancy array in the disaster recovery engine room through Mirror View software. Data in the host room storage array was mirrored to achieve remote disaster recovery. Conclusions It is necessary to design disaster recovery plan for PACS / RIS in a timely manner, which can further guarantee the stability and security of system operation, and help to improve the working efficiency of department and give full play to its role as clinical service , To provide clinical convenience.
