在黄河之滨的永济市卿头镇张锁村,有一位备受人们称赞的老人,他就是优秀共产党员王英军。 老王今年68岁,1948年参加中国人民解放军,先后参加过淮海战役、渡江战役,在抗美援朝时与黄继光共同参加了坚守上甘岭的著名战斗。曾立功十余次,负伤两次,被定为三等乙级革命伤残军人。1981年,他从运城地区清华水泥厂退休回村后,主动挑起了全镇《运城报》发行员和少先队校外辅导员的担子,辛勤耕耘播文明,做出了突出成绩。
