5月7-9日,由浙江图书馆、浙江省图书馆学会联合主办的全省公共图书馆中层骨干研修班在杭州举办。来自全省各公共图书馆的中层及以上骨干共120人参加。研修班上,共邀请了三位专家授课。南京大学信息管理学院副院长陈雅作“公共图书馆发展方式与对策分析”的专题讲座,她解析了公共图书馆体系和服务的概念,介绍了中外公共图书馆体系的制度安排与发展模式,并分析了我国公共图书馆服务体系构建的一些案例。广东省立中山图书馆馆长刘洪辉研究馆员
May 7-9, by the Zhejiang Library, Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Library Science jointly sponsored the province’s public library middle-level backbone seminars held in Hangzhou. A total of 120 middle-level and above backbone cadres from all public libraries in the province participated. Seminar, a total of three invited experts to teach. Chen Ya-zuo, Associate Dean of School of Information Management, Nanjing University, gave a lecture entitled “Analysis of Development Modes and Countermeasures of Public Libraries”. She analyzed the concept of public library system and service, introduced the institutional arrangements of public libraries in China and other countries and Development model, and analyzes some cases of the construction of public library service system in our country.
