记单词是学习英语的基本功之一,但在长期的教学实践中发现,高职院校学生觉得英语单词难记、难写,而且学生在记单词方面有不少的误区,直接影响了他们的学习效果,减弱了他们的学习兴趣。学生中因为记不住单词而放弃学英语的现象的确不少。教师要在短时间内通过教学以及传授单词记忆方法提高学生的单词记忆效率,不但能够减轻学生英语学习的压力,同时可以提高学生学习英语的兴趣。
Memorizing words is one of the basic skills in learning English. However, in the long-term teaching practice, students in vocational colleges find that English words are difficult to remember and difficult to write. Moreover, students have many misunderstandings in memorizing words, which directly affect their Learning effectiveness diminishes their interest in learning. There are indeed many students who give up learning English because they can not remember the words. In a short period of time, teachers should improve their memory efficiency by teaching and imparting word memory. This will not only reduce the pressure on students’ English learning, but also increase their interest in learning English.
