大田栽培条件下,以垦农4号为材料,通过叶面喷施不同浓度植物生长调节剂6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA),比较叶片中总糖、可溶性糖、淀粉、还原糖、蔗糖和转化酶活性,研究不同浓度6-BA对大豆叶片碳代谢相关生理指标的影响。结果表明:两种浓度6-BA在全部取样期内均提高了大豆叶片中转化酶活性,喷药后40 d均极显著提高了大豆叶片中蔗糖含量,喷药后10~20 d和50~60 d均提高了大豆叶片中可溶性糖含量,喷药后20~40 d均提高了大豆叶片中淀粉含量,喷药后30~50 d均提高了大豆叶片中还原糖含量,且6-BA喷施量20 mg·L-1处理效果均好于10 mg·L-1处理。综合分析表明,叶面喷施不同浓度6-BA调控了大豆叶片中糖分含量和转化酶活性,改善了大豆叶片中碳代谢相关生理指标。
Under field cultivation conditions, Kenong No.4 was used as material to spray 6-benzyladenine (6-BA) with different concentrations of plant growth regulator through foliar application. The contents of total sugar, soluble sugar, starch, reducing sugar, Sucrose and invertase activities of 6-BA on the leaf carbon metabolism related physiological indexes. The results showed that the activities of invertase in soybean leaves were increased at both concentrations of 6-BA at all sampling times, and the content of sucrose in soybean leaves was significantly increased 40 days after spraying. After 10-20 days and 50-50 days after spraying, 60 d all increased the content of soluble sugar in soybean leaves. The content of starch in soybean leaves increased from 20 to 40 d after spraying, and the content of reducing sugar in soybean leaves increased 30 to 50 d after spraying, and the content of 6-BA spray Application of 20 mg · L-1 treatment were better than 10 mg · L-1 treatment. Comprehensive analysis showed that foliar application of different concentrations of 6-BA regulates the sugar content and invertase activity of soybean leaves, and improves the related physiological indexes of carbon metabolism in soybean leaves.
