本试验以苹果实生苗为试材,用30%的聚乙二醇(PEG)6000模拟水分胁迫,研究了根系 H_2O_2的产生规律及 Ca~(2+)效应,结果表明;分水胁迫8小时内,H_2O_2含量呈先短暂升高然后下降再缓慢升高的规律;Ca~(2+)能延缓 H_2O_2第二次升高,Ca~(2+)鳖务剂(EGTA)预处理后,H_2O_2含量中途不再下降。过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在胁迫中期达到高峰,Ca~(2+)使高峰期延长,峰值增大;EGTA 和钙调素抑制剂(CPZ 和 TFP)抑制了 CAT 活性的中期升高,提高了 H_2O_2含量。
In this experiment, apple seedlings were used as experimental material, the generation rule and Ca2 + effect of root H_2O_2 were studied by using 30% polyethylene glycol (PEG) 6000 to simulate water stress. The results showed that when water stress was 8 hours , H 2 O 2 content increased first and then decreased and then increased slowly. Ca 2+ delayed the second increase of H 2 O 2, and pretreated with Ca 2+ (EGTA) The content does not decrease halfway. Catalase (CAT) activity peaked in the middle of stress, Ca2 + increased peak and increased peak value; EGTA and calmodulin inhibitors (CPZ and TFP) inhibited the mid-term increase of CAT activity, Improve the H 2 O 2 content.
