全球性的金融危机造成大学毕业生就业越来越困难,而另一方面有些就业岗位却无人能够承担。目前用人单位对于大学毕业生的外语要求比较高,除了有四、六级证书外,还要具备真正的听说交际能力。立足北华大学大学英语教学实际,改革大学英语基础阶段的课程设置,努力提升学生的就业能力、竞争能力及适应社会的能力。
The global financial crisis has made it more and more difficult for university graduates to find employment. On the other hand, some jobs have no one to bear. At present, employers have relatively high foreign language requirements for university graduates. In addition to the 4th and 6th grade certificates, they must have real listening and speaking skills. Based on the actual situation of university English teaching at Beihua University, reforming the curriculum of the basic stage of college English, and striving to improve students’ employability, competitiveness and ability to adapt to society.
