植物凝集素(Lectin)是一种糖蛋白,它具有与特定糖基专一结合的特性,特别是对细胞膜上的糖类化合物更有其特异的亲合性,因此近年来酶标凝集素常作为一种组化“探针”,应用于组织和细胞内糖蛋白的检测。本文采用酶标凝集素组织化学方法,探索了五味子对小白鼠气管和肺内支气管糖蛋白分布的影响。一、材料和方法 (一)动物:ICR纯系雄性健康小白鼠25只,体重18～22克(动物购自上海计划生育研究所)分
Lectin is a kind of glycoprotein, which has a specific binding characteristic with specific glycosyl groups, especially its specific affinity for saccharides on cell membranes.
