不同剂量CO_2激光对眼的损伤作用

青紫蓝灰兔眼受Co_2激光大剂量照射,10～50w/cm~2可引起角膜凝固性变化,100～200w/cm~2角膜发生穿孔。Co_2激光角膜损伤阈值随照射时间而不同,平均照射1.03s,损伤阈值为5.72w/cm~2,0.12s时阈值为10.7w/cm~2。

Blue-violet blue-gray rabbit eyes were exposed to large doses of Co-2 laser, and corneal coagulation changes were observed at 10 ~ 50w / cm ~ 2 and perforation occurred at 100 ~ 200w / cm2. The damage threshold of Co_2 laser cornea differed with the irradiation time, with an average irradiation time of 1.03s and a damage threshold of 5.72w / cm ~ 2 at the time of 2.12s.
