厦门市是第一批全国公务卡结算方式改革的城市,在福建省第一个完成公务卡结算方式改革。改革至今已有六年时间,我市公务卡结算方式改革进展顺利。2009年起,市级行政事业单位和6个区全面实行公务卡结算改革,2010年,改革延伸到镇(街),实现从市级到区级、镇街的全覆盖。截至2012年末,全市共发放公务卡5.3万张,市级2.1万张,各区3.2万张。2012年市直
Xiamen City is the first batch of cities in the reform of national business card settlement method, the first in Fujian Province to complete the reform of official card settlement.
